| Phil's Biography (so Far) Phil is a self taught freelance photographer based in Dublin,Ireland. Phil works primarily on humanitarian issues for the UNHCR,World Vision and various other Humanitarian agencies. He is currently working on a long term project photographing refugees across Europe for exhibition in Dublin in 2011. Phil is extremely well travelled, and has vast experience with North African / Saharan Desert culture. He also has extensive knowledge of Middle Eastern culture and politics, as well as speaking French and moderate Arabic and even more moderate Tamashek !!!
